Kia Driver Joshua Brown Involved in Highway 24 Vehicle Crash [Columbia, MO]

Columbia, MO (September 18, 2024) – Joshua Brown, 39, of Salisbury, was involved in a Highway 24 vehicle crash Tuesday morning.

The vehicle collision happened before 8 a.m. at Route Y in Brunswick.

Troopers said a 2010 Kia Sportage driven by Joshua Brown turned left into the path of a 2007 International tractor-trailer.

As a result, a 16-year-old girl and a 14-year-old boy sustained serious injuries in the collision. They were transported to University Hospital by ambulance. Officers said both teens were wearing seatbelts at the time of the accident.

Meanwhile, the MSHP officers are investigating the cause of the collision.
