San Jacinto, CA (December 27, 2021) – On Monday, 55-year-old Kevin Tobin of Moreno Valley died in a vehicle crash on Ramona Expressway.

The fatal crash happened at 9:37 p.m. at the intersection with Sanderson Avenue.

Officers said Tobin was the only occupant of his vehicle during the accident.
