CHP Investigates Hit-And-Run Crash on State Route 175 in Ukiah
Ukiah, CA (January 6, 2022) – Tuesday afternoon, 59-year-old Kevin Machen of Lakeport sustained injuries in a hit-and-run crash on State Route 175.
The hit-and-run crash in Ukiah happened at around 3:25 p.m. on January 4, east of Hopland.
The California Highway Patrol said the collision involved a 2011 Cadillac and a 1998 Toyota Sienna.
A witness said the van exited a vineyard right into oncoming traffic. This resulted in the van colliding with the Cadillac.
EMS then transported Machen to Adventist Health Ukiah Valley suffering from moderate injuries.
