San Bernardino, CA (August 25, 2022) – On August 8, Kevin Franklin, a 58,-year-old go-cart driver from Rialto died in a traffic collision on Baseline Road.

The traffic incident happened minutes before 11:19 a.m. at the intersection with Cedar Avenue.

Immediately, the paramedics rushed Kevin Franklin to Loma Linda University Medical Center where he died at 12:29 PM.
