REDDING, CA (December 8, 2020) – Monday morning, Kevin Cardenas, 28, died in a pedestrian accident on the 5 Freeway and Cypress Avenue in Redding.
 
The authorities discovered a deceased man on the side of the 5 Freeway. Reports revealed that a big rig struck and killed him.
 
Meanwhile, the truck driver said that he didn’t know he struck a person.
