Kennett Man Andrew Peek Injured in Moped Accident on US 412 [Dunklin County, MO]

Dunklin County, MO (October 14, 2024) – 46-year-old Andrew Peek of Kennett was injured following a moped accident on US 412 early Saturday morning.

It was about 1:10 a.m. when the collision happened 4 miles east of Kennett.

Troopers said a westbound big rig rear-ended a moped scooter that was driving ahead.

Responding rescuers airlifted the moped driver, Andrew Peek, to Regional One Medical Center in Memphis, Tennessee for serious injuries.

His scooter was totaled.
