Kelly Blake Dead in Boat Accident in the San Joaquin River Delta

 
SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY, CA (September 14, 2019) – Kelly Blake was killed in a boat accident near Ski Beach on Saturday evening.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened in the San Joaquin River Delta just south of the Woodward Island Ferry at approximately 7:15 PM. Based on a report, a small boat was hit by another boat in the area, which is known as a spot for waterskiing and partying. The other boat called 911 and took off.
 
The San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Department confirmed that 24-year-old Blake of Discovery Bay died.
 
In addition, at least five other people suffered injuries. As a result, paramedics transferred the victims to San Joaquin County hospitals. Their conditions were not available.
 
The cause of the accident is being investigated by the San Joaquin County Fire Department.
