SOQUEL, CA (March 5, 2023) – Friday morning, a crash on Soquel San Jose Road and Hilltop Road involved Keller Alexander Stout.
 
The incident involving two vehicles happened at about 8:19 a.m. on Soquel San Jose Road and Hilltop Road.
 
According to reports, 31-year-old Keller Alexander Stout of Soquel drove a 1997 Toyota southbound on Soquel San Jose Road. As Stout drove at an unknown speed, he approached Hilltop Road. Meanwhile, officers confirmed that a 28-year-old female from Ben Lomond was a passenger.
 
Also, a 56-year-old Soquel man driving a 1995 Honda traveled ahead of the Toyota at an unknown speed.
 
Then, the Toyota steered into the northbound lane of Soquel San Jose Road going southbound.
 
Afterward, Stout drove to the right and struck the Honda in the southbound lane of Soquel San Jose Road. Then, the Toyota veered west and crashed into a tree.
 
Moreover, an air ambulance transported the female passenger to Valley Medical Center for major injuries.
 
At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
