Katrina Sifuentez Arrested in Horrific Traffic Accident on I-82 [Benton County, WA]

Benton County, WA (December 25, 2024) On Tuesday morning, Katrina Sifuentez was arrested after allegedly sleeping while driving and causing a horrific traffic accident on I-82.

Reports say that the two-vehicle crash happened 8 a.m. on Interstate 82, in Benton County left four people injured.

According to the Washington State Patrol (WSP), Sifuentez, the driver of one vehicle, fell asleep at the wheel and collided with Juan Robles-Aguilar’s vehicle.

Officials say that two vehicles were traveling westbound on Interstate 82, approximately three miles east of Kennewick.

The crash sent Sifuentez and her three passengers to Kadlec Regional Medical Center for treatment. Fortunately, no one in Robles-Aguilar’s vehicle sustained injuries.

Authorities charged Sifuentez with negligent driving and driving without insurance.
