Semi-Trailer Driver Injured in US 70 Deadly Crash
Hale County, TX (September 13, 2024) – 76-year-old Kathleen Ruth Dossey from Olton was killed in a US 70 semi-trailer crash Thursday morning.
The authorities received the crash report at 8:40 a.m. near mile marker 288.
DPS says Dossey was westbound on the freeway when she pulled into the eastbound lanes toward a truck tractor towing a semi trailer.
The tractor-trailer driver tried to avoid the collision, but the vehicles collided in the roadway.
Sadly, Kathleen Ruth Dossey was killed in the collision while the tractor driver was treated for injuries and released from the crash scene.
