Phoenix, AZ (December 14, 2023) – Thursday afternoon, 31-year-old Katerina Penrose died in a crash on 13th Street.

At about 5 p.m., someone called the police to the area. Upon arrival, the police discovered a woman with serious injuries. T

They identified the woman as 31-year-old Katerina Penrose and transported her to the hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries. 

The other vehicle that was part of the crash had left the scene before the police arrived and is still at large. 

Officials report that Penrose was driving westbound on Thunderbird Road when an unidentified vehicle made a left turn in front of her.
