PALMDALE, CA (January 14, 2024) – Saturday night, a brutal two-vehicle crash on State Highway 138 and East Avenue T left Karen Roseberry, 46, dead.

The incident happened at around 11:36 p.m. on State Highway 138 and East Avenue T.

According to reports, a red Kia Sportage sideswiped the front bumper of a semi-truck that was making a westbound turn from State Highway 138 onto Pearblossom Highway. Then, the force of the crash pushed the Kia to collide with a northbound black GMC Terrain that was traveling on Fort Tejon Road.

Moreover, responders pronounced the driver of the Kia, Karen Roseberry, dead at the scene. Then, paramedics transported one person to a hospital with unknown injuries.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.
