1 Person Hospitalized in Elk Grove Bicycle Accident on Laguna and Big Horn Boulevard
ELK GROVE, CA (June 6, 2023) – On Sunday, Kaetrien Sloan sustained injuries in a hit-and-run crash on Laguna Boulevard and Big Horn Boulevard.
The incident happened at the intersection of Laguna Boulevard and Big Horn Boulevard.
According to reports, a large SUV turned around a corner and struck a boy who was riding a bicycle at the intersection. Then, the SUV fled the scene without stopping after the collision.
Moreover, responders rushed the victim, 16-year-old Sloan, to a hospital with a fractured rib and a punctured lung.
Furthermore, Patresa Sloan, the victim’s mother, said that his son was a cancer survivor.
