Odessa, TX (November 17, 2024) – A juvenile was fatally injured following a motorized scooter accident on Riverboat Street Saturday afternoon.

It was around 12:54 p.m. when the fatal crash happened at the intersection of Cajun Street.

Officers said the teen was struck by a vehicle while riding a motorized scooter.

Unfortunately, the victim was killed in the accident.

The authorities withheld the identity of the deceased pending notification of kin.
