Oakland Crash Kills Juvenile
Oakland, CA (October 30, 2021) – On Friday, a juvenile died in Foothill Boulevard hit-and-run crash.
Officers responded to the crash scene minutes before 10 p.m. at the intersection with 23rd Avenue.
When they arrived, they located a juvenile lying in the street near a crosswalk.
Unfortunately, officers pronounced the person dead at the scene.
Some reports said the juvenile was riding a scooter, however, that could not be immediately confirmed.
Also, there is no information on the involved vehicle or its driver.
