Chino Man Justin Winans Killed in Multi-Vehicle Crash on 91 Freeway [Riverside, CA]

Riverside, CA (September 15, 2024) – Justin Winans, 25, of Chino, was declared deceased in a multi-vehicle crash on 91 Freeway Thursday night.

CHP officers responded at 11:50 p.m. to the three-vehicle crash on the eastbound freeway at Pierce Street.

Responding officers located a Subaru, a white Toyota Corolla and a tan Chevy Tahoe blocking lanes. Debris from the vehicles were also scattered across all lanes of the highway.

Sadly, Justin Winans killed at the scene while a family was left trapped inside a vehicle.

In the meantime, officers are investigating the cause of the vehicle crash.
