Robert McIntyre Arrested in Battle Ground Fatal Crash
Battle Ground, WA (June 15, 2022) – On June 9, Justin Bullock, 24, died, while police arrested Robert McIntyre, 49, in a vehicle crash on Southwest 20th Avenue.
Officers say Bullock was in the right front seat of a 2012 Chevrolet Volt.
At the same time, McIntyre who was driving a 2006 Dodge Ram failed to stop at a four-way stop sign.
As a result, McIntyre’s vehicle crashed into the Volt’s passenger side.
Unfortunately, Justin Bullock died at the crash scene.
The paramedics rushed McIntyre and his two passengers to the hospital. Officers expect everyone to survive their injuries.
Moreover, the authorities arrested McIntyre on charges of driving under the influence while suspended, reckless driving, and failure to stop at an intersection.
Additionally, McIntyre faces charges of vehicular homicide and vehicular assault.
