Julie Varley Killed in Garden Grove Multiple-Vehicle Crash
Garden Grove, CA (April 16, 2020) – On Wednesday afternoon, Julie Varley was killed, while another sustained severe injuries in a multiple-vehicle crash on Euclid Street.
The Garden Grove Police Department received crash reports at about 1:30 p.m. on April 15.
The crash occurred at the intersection of Euclid Street and Chapman Avenue.
According to reports, Julie Varley stopped at the intersection when her car was rear-ended by a 2017 Honda.
This then caused a chain reaction, where her vehicle hit a third.

As a result of the extreme collision, responders found Varley unresponsive and not breathing.
They immediately transported her to the UCI Medical Center.
Consequently, she succumbed to her injuries while undergoing treatment at the hospital, and passed.
Meanwhile, the driver of the Honda also suffered severe injuries.
Identified as 27-year-old Kyle Morey of Fountain Valley, he is facing charges on suspicion of DUI and will be booked upon release from the hospital.
Furthermore, the driver and a passenger in the third vehicle remained uninjured.
