1 Dead in Lake Elsinore Single-Vehicle Accident on Summerhill Drive and Corte Seriui

 
LAKE ELSINORE, CA (February 1, 2022) – Friday, Julian Munoz died and authorities arrested Austin McClusky after a crash on Summerhill Drive.
 
The incident happened just after 10:30 p.m. on Summerhill Drive and Corte Seriui.
 
According to reports, a car had crashed into a light pole and rolled over on the right side of Summerhill Drive.
 
Thus, Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire personnel extracted two occupants. Responders took 23-year-old Austin McClusky to a hospital with minor injuries. Meanwhile, officers declared 24-year-old Julian of Munoz dead at the scene.
 
Also, the investigation confirmed that McClusky drove south on Summerhill at high speeds. Then, he lost control of the car and crashed into the cement light pole.
 
Furthermore, the authorities arrested McClusky on suspicion of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated and two counts of DUI while causing injuries.
