1 Person Hurt in Ukiah Pedestrian Accident on 100 Talmage Road
UKIAH, CA (March 20, 2024) – On Sunday, authorities arrested Juanjose Naranjorodriguez after an alarming hit-and-run crash on 100 Talmage Road.
The incident happened at the 100 block of Talmage Road.
According to reports, a white vehicle struck a female pedestrian and then fled the scene without stopping to provide aid.
Moreover, responders rushed the victim to a trauma center with major injuries.
Furthermore, officers managed to locate the hit-and-run vehicle, described as a white vehicle with a green tether hanging from the vehicle. Then, authorities arrested the driver of the vehicle for DUI with a major injury, DUI with injury having a blood alcohol level greater than .08%, fleeing the scene of an accident involving major injury, and driving while suspended for DUI.
At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.
Due to limited information, the Ukiah Police Department continued to investigate the crash.
