Juan Carlos Lemus Aguilera Killed in Devastating Auto Accident on Elm Street [Graham, TX]

1 Dead and 5 Injured in Graham Traffic Crash on Elm Street

GRAHAM, TX (June 10, 2024) – Saturday night, Juan Carlos Lemus Aguilera died in a devastating auto accident on Elm Street.

The crash involving a reckless driver on the south side of the city happened at 5:00 p.m. on Elm Street.

When the authorities arrived, they discovered the vehicle and attempted to initiate a traffic stop. However, the driver fled and lost control of the vehicle.

Eventually, the vehicle sideswiped another vehicle before ramming into a residential home on Elm Street.

Meanwhile, the authorities declared the driver, Aguilera, dead on the scene. 

Moreover, five people in the home sustained injuries and were treated at the scene. Responders also took them to Harris Methodist Hospital. 

Emergency responders attending to the accident scene reported that one of the injured victims sustained trauma to the head and face. Due to the severity of the injuries, this victim is expected to be transported to a trauma center for specialized medical treatment. The City of Graham Police Department is actively investigating the incident to determine the cause and circumstances surrounding the crash.

At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
