Joshua Hill Killed in South Mason Road Motorcycle Crash [Katy, TX]

Katy, TX (July 22, 2024) – Motorcyclist Joshua Hill was killed in a South Mason Road motorcycle crash Friday afternoon.

The fatal traffic accident happened at about 3:15 p.m. near the intersection with Kingsland Boulevard. 

Investigating officers said Joshua Hill was operating a Kawasaki motorcycle when he hit the driver’s side of a Lexus RX 350.

Hill was immediately airlifted to Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center where he died.

Officers stated that the Lexus driver failed to yield right of way out of the private driveway.

The involved driver stayed at the scene and did not show any signs of intoxication.

The Harris County Sheriff’s Office is investigating this fatal collision.
