Joshua Lee Cobb Struck Twice in San Diego Pedestrian Accident

 
San Diego, CA (September 12, 2020) – On Monday, 39-year-old Joshua Cobb, who lived a transient-type died in a pedestrian accident on Interstate 8.
 
The fatal crash happened at about 10:12 p.m. when a westbound vehicle struck him, west of Highway 15 in San Diego
 
After striking him, the vehicle slowed down. It was about to pull to the right shoulder but a second vehicle struck the victim.
 
Immediately, police and fire personnel responded. Paramedics pronounced Cobb dead at the scene due to obvious signs of fatal trauma and multiple blunt force injuries.
