1 Person Dead in Apple Valley Auto Accident on Joshua Road

APPLE VALLEY, CA (October 30, 2024) – Sunday afternoon, Joseph Romo died in a horrific rollover crash on Joshua Road.

The incident happened at around 5:18 p.m. on Joshua Road.

According to reports, a southbound white Tesla Model 3 lost control for still unknown reasons. Then, the vehicle veered off the roadway, went airborne, struck a dirt berm, and rolled over multiple times.

Moreover, paramedics airlifted the driver of the vehicle, identified as 39-year-old Romo, to a trauma center where he was pronounced dead on October 26, 2024. Then, responders transported a 38-year-old male passenger of the vehicle to a local hospital with unknown injuries.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.
