Joseph Fisher Injured in Deadly Crash on Avenue 204 and Road 232 [Tulare County, CA]

2 Dead in Tulare County Accident on Avenue 204 and Road 232

TULARE COUNTY, CA (December 9, 2021) – Tuesday morning, Joseph Fisher sustained injuries in a deadly crash on Avenue 204 and Road 232.

The fatal accident occurred at around 9:25 a.m. on Avenue 204 and Road 232.

According to the preliminary investigation, a 29-year-old man drove a 1997 Toyota Avalon. He traveled east on Avenue 204, west of Road 232 at around 55 mph.

Meanwhile, 29-year-old Joseph Fisher drove a 2012 Ford F550 flatbed southbound on Road 232, just north of Avenue 204, at around 55 mph.

Then, the Toyota driver failed to stop at the stop sign on Avenue 204 and Road 232. As a result, the front of the Toyota Avalon hit the right side of the Ford F550.

The crash left the Toyota’s driver and passenger with fatal injuries. Both of them failed to wear their seat belts.

Meanwhile, Joseph Fisher suffered minor to moderate injuries. Then, responders took him to Kaweah Delta Medical Center. Also, the authorities confirmed that Fisher was wearing his seatbelt.

At this time, the authorities do not believe that alcohol and/or drugs played a role in the crash.

Due to the limited information available, the authorities continue to investigate the crash.
