Jose Xol Coy Seriously Hurt in 2-Car Crash on US 67 [Greenville, MO]

Greenville, MO (August 26, 2024) On Sunday afternoon, 25-year-old Jose Xol Coy of Chicago, IL, was seriously hurt after a 2-vehicle collision on Highway 67.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP), the rear-end crash happened at about 3:20 p.m. on northbound US 67.

Reports say that Xol Coy was driving a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee that collided with the back of a 2014 Freightliner straight truck.

Authorities say that Xol Coy was airlifted to Mercy Hospital in St. Louis by Air EVAC, officials say that Xol Coy suffered serious injuries.

Officials are investigating the violent crash and have not released further details at this time.
