Jose Tamayo-Juarez Arrested in Fatal DUI Crash on Valinda Avenue [West Covina, CA]

West Covina, CA (April 24, 2023) – On Sunday, the authorities arrested Jose Tamayo-Juarez, 24, of Victorville, following a fatal DUI crash on Valinda Avenue.

The solo-vehicle collision happened at the intersection of Glendora Avenue, wherein the car driven by Tamayo-Juarez landed in a flood channel. Unfortunately, one of his passengers died at the scene.

Responding officers arrested Tamayo-Juarez on suspicion of vehicular manslaughter and DUI with his bail set at $100,000.
