4 People Injured in Deadly Collision on Hurley Waldrip Road
Kamilche, WA (November 5, 2022) On Friday afternoon, 36-year-old Jon Martin of Shelton died in a traffic collision on Highway 101.
WSP says that the deadly collision happened at about 2:30 p.m. at Hurley Waldrip Road.
Reports say that a southbound vehicle struck the driver’s side of Martin’s eastbound vehicle. Officials say that the 2nd vehicle was driven by a 28-year-old Shelton man.
Officials pronounced Martin dead at the scene. Meanwhile, the other driver and his 3 passengers, a 31-year-old Shelton woman and 2 minors suffered injuries.
Paramedics transported all of the injured patients to Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia.
State Patrol is investigating the deadly collision and have not released additional information at this time.
