John McBride, Narceaseus Fiander and Attakis Fiander Hospitalized after Accident at W Wapato Road
WAPATO, WA (March 12, 2018) – Three people were injured after a two-car collision on Highway 97 at West Wapato Road, on Monday afternoon.
The accident was reported around 3 PM by the Washington State Patrol. 43-year-old John McBride of Lake Oswego was driving southbound in a 2014 Ford Escape on the 97 highway, when he ran a red light and collided with a 2012 GMC Acadia.
The driver of the GMC was 34-year-old Narceaseus Fiander of Toppenish, and the passenger was 5-year-old Atttakis Fiander. All three people involved in the crash were injured and taken to the Virginia Mason Memorial Hospital in Yakima for treatment. There is no update on the current condition of these individuals.
Both cars were totaled from the impact, and the cause of the incident remains under investigation by authorities. Charges against McBride are currently pending. No other information has been provided to the public at this time.
