34-Year-Old Long Beach Man John Insley Killed in Long Beach Crash
Long Beach, CA (June 19, 2021) – On June 6, 34-year-old Long Beach resident of John Insley died in a motorcycle crash on Redondo Avenue.
The accident happened on May 5 at about 3:25 p.m.
It took place at the intersection of Redondo Avenue and 15th Street.
Officers said officers a motorcycle, Honda Accord, and Ford Mustang were involved in the accident.
Meanwhile, good Samaritans called 9-1-1 and rendered aid to Insley until rescuers rushed him to a local hospital.
Moreover, police said a 57-year-old resident of San Diego was driving his westbound 2015 Honda Accord. Then, it struck Insley as he drove northbound on Redondo Avenue on his 2013 Yamaha motorcycle.
As a result, Insley lost control of his motorcycle . He crashed into a 2013 Ford Mustang driven by a 22-year-old resident of Long Beach.
Meanwhile, the Honda Accord and the Ford Mustang drivers stayed on scene and cooperated with the investigation.
However, on June 16, 2021, officers were informed that Insley had succumbed to his injuries on June 6, 2021.
