Lompoc, CA (February 4, 2021) – Thursday night, 69-year-old pedestrian John Fragosa died in a fatal pedestrian accident on North V Street.
 
The Lompoc fatal crash happened just before 7 p.m. on February 4, at the intersection of North V Street and West Ocean Avenue.
 
According to reports, a vehicle struck the Mr. Fragosa, resulting in the immediate death of the victim.
