San Bernardino, CA (December 6, 2023) – John Borrego Valderrama, a 35-year-old driver from San Bernardino died following a 2nd Street vehicle collision Thursday.

The San Bernadino Police Department officers responded at 10:41 a.m. to the vehicle collision at the northbound 215 Freeway on-ramp. 

Responding officers declared Valderrama deceased at the scene at 10:51 a.m.
