SACRAMENTO, CA (November 22, 2022) – Sunday afternoon, authorities arrested Joel Jimenez-Cervante after a fatal multi-vehicle crash on Dry Creek Road.
 
The incident happened at around 4:15 p.m. on Dry Creek Road and Marysville Boulevard.
 
According to the Sacramento Police Department, the incident involved three vehicles.
 
Moreover, responders rushed a female victim to a hospital where she was later pronounced dead. Then, paramedics transported two more patients to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
 
Furthermore, authorities arrested 25-year-old Joel Jimenez-Cervante for vehicular manslaughter and driving under the influence. Also, officers will book Jimenez-Cervante once he is cleared from the hospital.
