68-Year-Old Joe Herrera Jr Dies in Marks Avenue Collision [Fresno, CA]

Fresno, CA (January 29, 2024) – 68-year-old Joe Herrera Jr of Fresno and 41-year-old Francisco Ramirez Villalobos were killed in a Marks Avenue collision Sunday morning.

It was about 2 a.m. on January 28 when a pickup truck driven by Ramirez Villalobos was westbound on Clinton Avenue at Marks Avenue. 

The truck collided with a car driven by Herrera Jr that was southbound on Marks Avenue at Clinton Avenue.

Sadly, Herrera Jr and Ramirez Villalobos were both killed in the accident.

Investigators are still investigating if drugs or alcohol played a role..
