25-Year-Old DUI Driver Involved in Two-Vehicle Collision near Main Street
HESPERIA, CA (September 8, 2018) – A DUI driver was arrested Saturday evening following a two-vehicle crash near Main Street.
As per reports, the incident took place at about 9:00 PM on Cottonwood Avenue. An SUV was waiting at the traffic signal light when it was struck by a silver 2013 Kia Optima, driven by 25-year-old Joe Anthony Quesada of Apple Valley.
Quesada was administered a field sobriety test and was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol with a .08 BAC. Meanwhile, the family inside the SUV, including three children, was evaluated at the scene. However, they all declined medical transportation.
