Jesus Hernandez-Perez Killed in Suspected DUI Crash on Geer Road [Turlock, CA]

Turlock, CA (June 11, 2024, 2024, 2024) On Saturday afternoon, 36-year-old Jesus Hernandez-Perez of Modesto and 25-year-old Dominique Cardenas of Turlock were killed after a suspected DUI crash on Geer Road.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the deadly 2-vehicle collision happened around 4 p.m. on Geer Road south of Grayson Road.

Reports say that Cardenas was driving a southbound 2013 Lexus on Geer Road that crossed the double yellow lines into the northbound lane. and collided with a northbound 1996 Toyota driven by Hernandez-Perez.

Officials pronounced both drivers dead at the scene. CHP says that alcohol is a factor in the crash.

CHP is investigating the fatal 2-vehicle collision.
