Jesus Eusebio Sanchez Dies in Hit-and-Run Crash on South Shafter Avenue [Bakersfield, CA]

Bakersfield, CA (January 27, 2022) – On Tuesday,  33-year-old Jesus Eusebio Sanchez sustained fatal injuries in a hit-and-run crash on South Shafter Avenue.

Officers responded to the crash scene minutes after 6 p.m. between Riverside Street and Elizabeth Avenue.

When the authorities arrived they found Sanchez in the roadway and suffering from major injuries.

On the other hand, the involved driver left the scene.

Unfortunately, Sanchez lost his life at the scene.
