Motorcycle Crashes into Car in Fatal Red Light Accident Near Cottonwood Avenue
HESPERIA, CA (August 24, 2019) – Jesse Keith Bess died in a motorcycle crash on Bear Valley Road westbound on Saturday.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened near Cottonwood Avenue. Based on a report, Bess, 35, of Adelanto, rode his 2005 Suzuki Motorcycle and failed to stop at a red light. At that point, he collided with an eastbound 2015 Audi.
Bess was transported to a local hospital where he died after arrival. The driver of the Audi did not sustain injuries in the collision.
It is unknown if drugs and alcohol were factors in the crash. Officials ordered a clean-up at the scene and began their investigation. However, police did not release any other information to the public.
