Officer Hurt in San Diego Multi-Vehicle Accident on Interstate 15 and Miramar Way

 
SAN DIEGO, CA (November 16, 2021) – Friday morning, authorities arrested Jesse Dylan Cesmat after an attempted hit-and-run crash on Interstate 15.
 
According to California Highway Patrol, the incident happened at around 4:38 a.m. Moreover, it occurred on northbound Interstate 15 at Miramar Way.
