1 Dead in San Pablo Auto Accident on Rumrill Boulevard and 19th Street
SAN PABLO, CA (May 9, 2022) – Saturday morning, authorities arrested Jesse Dubois after a deadly crash on Rumrill Boulevard and 19th Street.
The incident happened at about 1:50 p.m. Friday, on Rumrill Boulevard and 19th Street. According to reports, a car versus bicycle crash led to the death of a 68-year-old man.
However, the suspect fled before the officers arrived. Then, they identified the vehicle as a 2011 burgundy Nissan Sentra. Eventually, officers arrested 30-year-old Jesse Dubois, Saturday about 12:16 a.m. at his residence on the 700 block of Market Avenue.
Moreover, officers found his vehicle with damage from the crash. Also, they booked him into Contra Costa County Jail on charges of felony hit-and-run and vehicular manslaughter.
At this time, the identity of the deceased remains undisclosed due to pending family notification.
