Jeremy Breen Killed in Wrong-Way Crash on 91 Freeway [Corona, CA]

Corona, CA (October 3, 2023) On Monday morning, 22-year-old Jeremy Breen of Placentia and another driver died in a wrong-way crash on westbound Riverside (91) Freeway.

According to the the California Highway Patrol, the fiery 2-vehicle collision happened around 12:10 a.m. on the westbound Riverside Freeway west of Lincoln Avenue.

Reports say that a Tesla Model 3 collided head on with Placentia’s Mitsubishi Lancer, causing both vehicles to burst into flames.

First responders were able to pull Placentia out of his vehicle, however he died 25 minutes later at the scene.

Meanwhile, rescuers were not able to rescue the other motorist.

Authorities are investigating the fiery 2-vehicle collision and have not released additional information at this time.
