Washington State Patrol Searching Suspects in SR 17 Hit-and-Run Crash
Warden, WA (February 5, 2024) On Sunday morning, 36-year-old Jeremiah Grant died after a brutal rollover crash on State Route 17.
Washington State Patrol (WSP) says that the SR 17 hit-and-run crash happened at about 2 a.m.
Reports say that WSP is searching for one or more people who fled the scene of the deadly rollover crash.
Authorities say that Grant was driving a vehicle that rear-ended another vehicle on SR 17, Grant’s vehicle overturned and ended up on its roof.
Officials say that Grant was not wearing his seatbelt at the time of the crash and was declared dead at the scene.
WSP says that the other driver stopped after the collision, however, the driver then fled the scene and remains at large.
Officials are investigating the probable cause of the deadly hit-and-run crash.
