Fatal Vehicle Collision on Interstate 35
Round Rock, TX (July 16, 2023) – On Friday night, 31-year-old Jennifer Wingard of Round Rock was found dead on Norther Interstate 35.
The authorities received the report at about 9:52 p.m. in the 2200 block area, on the shoulder of the freeway.
Officers said that the driver who struck Wingard is cooperating with the investigation.
