Waddle was cited by the authorities for driving under the influence of alcohol and inattention. No additional information about the collision is available to the public at this time.

Driving under the influence of alcohol is not only illegal but also extremely dangerous. Your ability to drive carefully and make sound decisions is greatly reduced when behind the wheel while being drunk or buzzed. It is important to follow all driving laws to ensure your safety and the safety of surrounding vehicles, motorists, and pedestrians.
