Sacramento, CA (January 26, 2024) On Wednesday evening, 59-year-old Jeffrey Blain was killed in a tragic pedestrian accident on Garden Highway.

According to the Sacramento Police Department, the fatal traffic collision happened around 7 p.m. in the 1400 block of Garden Highway near Gateway Oaks Drive.

Reports say that a vehicle struck Blain as the man was walking along Garden Highway.

Authorities say that Blain was pronounced dead at the scene, but officials say that the driver of the vehicle stayed at the scene.
