Jasleen Kaur and Surkhaab Singh Injured in Tragic Crash Near Harney Way

 
Vineyard, CA (February 09, 2021) – On Sunday, 36-year-old Jasleen Kaur and her infant, 8-month-old Surkhaab Singh, were injured in a hit-and-run crash near Harney Way.
 
The accident took place at about 4:30 p.m. at Luchessi Drive.
 
Apparently, Kaur was crossing Harney Way with her infant in a stroller when they were struck by a silver or white Honda Odyssey van.
 
As a result, the stroller was knocked on its side and the infant was thrown into the street.
 
Immediately, responders took Kaur and Singh to UC Davis Medical Center to be treated.
 
Then, the suspect driver took off without checking on the mother or her baby.
 
Authorities said the driver is described as a Hispanic man and approximately 40 or 50 years old with short black hair. Also, the vehicle is described as a 2003-2007 Honda Odyssey.
 
Similarly, officers said the suspct’s vehicle has a previous damage to the rear tailgate and right rear bumper.
