Derelle Favors Hospitalized in Single-Vehicle Accident on Interstate 90

Cle Elum, WA (November 18, 2023) On Wednesday afternoon, 23-year-old Jared Callihoo of South Hill and Derelle Favors of Auburn were hurt in a solo-car crash on I-90.

According to WSP, the single-vehicle accident happened around 12:30 p.m. on Interstate 90 about 17 miles west of Cle Elum.

Reports say that Favors was driving a westbound Honda Accord, when he lost control of the vehicle causing the Honda to veer off the roadway, entered the median and rolled over.

Officials say that both Favors and his passenger, Callihoo, were not wearing their seatbelts at the time of the crash, the impact of the crash ejected both men off the vehicle.

Medics transported Favors to an Ellensburg hospital for treatment of his injuries, while Callihoo was taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.

Authorities are investigating the single-vehicle accident and have not released further details at this time.
