4 Dead in Tuolumne County Auto Accident on Bonds Flat Road
TUOLUMNE COUNTY, CA (June 3, 2024) – Friday night, Janell Hall died in a horrific head-on crash on Bonds Flat Road.
The crash happened at about 5:09 p.m. as a northbound Chevrolet Silverado traveled on Bonds Flat Road at high speeds. Then, a woman driving a Toyota Highlander traveled in the opposite direction.
Reports confirmed that the Chevrolet, which had a male driver and two female passengers, crashed with the Highlander and all four people involved succumbed to injuries.
The crash resulted in the road being closed for approximately three hours, according to the CHP. Moreover, the occupants of the Chevrolet were all in their 50s or 60s.
Meanwhile, the family identified the woman driving the Toyota as 33-year-old Hall. She was on her way home from Sonora and leaves behind a husband and two children.
At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
Due to the limited information available, the authorities continued to investigate the crash.
