Perris, CA (October 24, 2023) On Saturday evening, 64-year-old Jamie Beman of Nuevo lost her life after a hit-and-run crash on Evans Road.

According to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, the 2-vehicle crash happened around 6:44 p.m. at the intersection with Whispering Wood Lane.

Reports say that 2 vehicles collided, Beman was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other driver fled the scene on foot before first responders arrived.
