Rancho Cucamonga Crash Kills Heritage Intermediate School Teacher
Rancho Cucamonga, CA (October 8, 2022) – On Tuesday evening, James Williamson, a 63-year old Heritage Intermediate school teacher died in a bicycle accident on Rochester Avenue.
The fatal accident took place at about 5:44 p.m. in the area of Victoria Park Lane.
Reports say, James Williamson was riding west on Victoria Park Lane and turned right onto Rochester Avenue. That is when he was struck by a 30-year old male driver traveling north on Rochester Avenue.
The paramedic rushed the victim to a hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
The driver, on the other hand, remained at the scene.
Witnesses of the deadly crash say the pickup driver ran the red light and rear-ended the victim.
